Had Self-Control retreat for the past 3 days at Aloha Changi: Biggins Hill, accommodation shared with Hope CG. (: The place we stayed is not too far from Old Changi General Hospital and Kevin threatened the boys that if anyone misbehaves, they shall be thrown into that place.
Honestly, didn't really like our accommodation because it is quite a scary place to live in, looks a little run-down and not very accessible. No ghost stories to share this time round though. (:
glad the kids enjoyed themselves. Leader's Retreat this weekend in church!
I've decided I shall try to change my routine a little and jog in the morning. Not being able to go for runs in the evening due to activities or work is making me start to grow fatter this holiday.
